On to 2025

First I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. 2025 here I come. Let’s all make it the best year we can. I can say I had a wonderful Christmas with my family and I thank God for every joyous moment I encountered during this beautiful holiday. I was able to watch 4 of my grandchildren participate in the same Pageant my own children participated in when they were little. My grandchildren were sensational. One granddaughter played Mary and sang a few solos and one played an angel. My two grandsons ages 3 and 5 played Shepard’s. Such a delight to watch this Pageant under the direction of my youngest daughter Allison. I cried through the whole thing but happy tears are good and cleansing. It was wonderful having the WHOLE family together in Church. By the way my family is growing 💗 again. I have 9 grandchildren…4 girls and 5 boys now and I learned over the holidays that I have two more on the way bringing us up to 11 grandchildren. God is great! 🙇 Before Christmas 🎄 Day we had a great time loading the children in our trailer and driving through Hubbard Park to see all the lights there. It’s a beautiful ❤️ exhibition of the lights and a great fun ride for the kids. Christmas 🎄 Day was another gift from God. Everyone attended and we celebrated the birth of Jesus, together, as I prayed we would. It was wonderful to share a great dinner with them all and gift giving was so much fun with all the children and their stockings. Next was our family trip to Coventry. The B&B we have rented each year since my diagnosis was as memorable as always. Starting with celebrating Jen and Lindseys birthday with a huge chocolate mint cake baked by Leighton. Horseback riding was a gift for Shayla and Lindseys birthday as it is on an Equestrian farm. Many games were played by the family and meals were cooked daily by the family with Jen being the organizer and all the husband and wife’s helping with the cooking and the children joining with cleanup. This was a great way to ring in the New Year. My health tried hard to comply and for the most part came through for me. I was able to experience most fun and games and observe when I was unable to join in. This developed into many memories to keep forever as we all were so blessed to experience this family time together. Too many memories to put them all into words and more fun than the imagination can configure.  As far as my health I am holding my own and I held out through yet another grand New Year. I thank God and my family and friends for all their love 💝 and support. Without them I feel I would not be here to share my life with all of you. Happy New Year everyone. Make this one memorable and loving and share with those that need a hand in life. You won’t regret it. Please 🙏🙏 for no new growth in my scan on Monday. Update to follow. For now ….Thank you God.
